Our Story

Elite Business Coaching was founded in 2012 in Istanbul by three seasoned business executives who recognized a critical gap in Turkey's rapidly evolving business landscape. Having collectively worked across Europe, Asia, and North America, founders Mehmet Yilmaz, Ayse Demir, and Can Ozturk combined their extensive international experience with deep local expertise to create a coaching firm uniquely positioned to serve Turkey's ambitious business leaders.

Our journey began in a small office overlooking the Bosphorus, with a client roster of just five local companies. Through dedication to measurable results and a deep understanding of Turkey's distinctive business environment, we quickly established a reputation for excellence. By 2014, we had expanded to Ankara, bringing our specialized coaching services to Turkey's political and administrative center.

The turning point in our company's growth came in 2016, when we formed strategic partnerships with leading coaching networks in London, New York, and Singapore. These collaborations enhanced our methodology with global best practices while maintaining our focus on the unique challenges and opportunities of the Turkish market. That same year, we launched our Leadership Academy, which has since trained over 500 executives from Turkey's top companies.

Today, Elite Business Coaching stands as Turkey's premier business coaching firm, with offices in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir. Our team of 25 specialized coaches serves clients ranging from ambitious startups to multinational corporations, all seeking to navigate Turkey's dynamic business landscape with confidence and clarity.
